These Terms govern your use of stayreadysandiego.com (the "Site"), operated by Stay Ready Field Fuel Co. ("Stay Ready," "we," "us") in San Diego, California. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.
The Site is a marketing and pre-launch waitlist for a real-food performance bar made by hand in San Diego. It is informational. The product described on the Site may not yet be available for sale at the time of your visit.
When you submit the reservation form, you are joining a waitlist so we can email you when bars are ready. Submitting the form:
We may, at our sole discretion, change the product, price, packaging, availability, or shipping policies at any time before launch.
By submitting the form, you agree we may email you about the launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
All logos, wordmarks, photography, illustrations, design, and copy on the Site are the property of Stay Ready Field Fuel Co. or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse, redistribute, mirror, or use them commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of pages or links is fine and encouraged.
Don't use the Site to: submit fake or another person's information; scrape data at high volume; attempt to gain unauthorized access; introduce malware; impersonate Stay Ready; or do anything illegal.
The Site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes reservation-form submissions. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner — nothing third-party loads before that, and fonts are self-hosted on this domain. The Site also links out to third-party sites (Instagram, TikTok, browser help pages). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all bugs will be fixed.
The Site contains general statements about the bar (ingredients, nutrition, intended uses). These are not medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional before relying on any food product if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. The bar contains milk, peanuts, and tree nuts (walnuts, coconut) and is made in a facility that may also process wheat, soy, eggs, and sesame.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stay Ready Field Fuel Co. and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for anything related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we'll update the effective date at the top and, where reasonable, post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
